iphone tips and tricks
As the iphone 3gs became increasingly popular, so did the iphone apps. Today, we are going to be sharing some iphone tips and tricks that you can take with you. As with any computer and mobile device, there are always less known but convenient features, and today we will be reviewing some of these for the iphone 3gs and iphone 3g mobile phones.
caps lock on iphone
To enable caps lock, simply double tap the shift key. Surprisingly, quite a few of our readers did not know about this, but simply double tapping the shift key would enable caps lock.
Saving images in safari on iphone 3gs
If you touch and image in the safari browser on your iphone, you will be presented with a screen to save an image. These images will be saved in the 'saved photo' folder, similar to how all of your other photo software works.
Taking screenshots on the iphone
Often times, you will need to take screenshot of your iphone's screen. To do this, you will need to press home and sleep/wake buttons at the same time to capture the current state of your screen.
scrolling to the top on the iphone
This is quite a handly trick. When you want to scroll to the top in your safari browser, simply tab the status bar (the area where the clock is listed on top), and it will scroll you to the top. This is a handy shortcut when you are viewing a long page and need to go back up quickly. I personally use this shortcut quite often.
